The keto diet is an eating plan that centres around fat-rich and low-carb food. This diet can help treat certain medical conditions or give people a healthy way to lose weight.
But it also means you can’t eat a lot of traditional desserts.
That doesn’t mean you have to cut them out completely, though.
Take a look at these six fast, easy, and delicious keto desserts that’ll satisfy your sweet tooth during a craving.

Mix all the cake ingredients together in a large bowl with an electric mixer. Dump the mixture into the cake pan and bake for 25 minutes.
To make the icing, start by whipping the heavy whipping cream until it stands in stiff peaks. Add the other ingredients and mix until they’re just combined.
Once the cake is cool, frost and serve.
2. Keto Ice Cream
While this ice cream does take a while to freeze, it only takes five minutes to make.
Ingredients
Here’s what you’ll need:

You’ll want to let the coconut milk sit in the refrigerator overnight before you use it.
Directions
Here’s what you’ll do:
Scoop the coconut cream into a mixing bowl (leaving the liquid out) and mix until creamy with an electric beater.
In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream with an electric beater until it forms soft peaks. Then add the vanilla and the sweetener. Fold in the coconut cream and dump the mixture into a loaf pan.
Freeze until solid (five hours or overnight).

- 2 limes (for juice)
- 150 g chocolate (keto friendly)

If you don’t have two limes, you can also use 80 mL of lime juice.
Directions
